Refund Policy
• Full Refund: Cancellations made 5+ days before check-in receive a full refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in or after arrival are non-refundable.
• Extenuating Circumstances: May be eligible for a refund per Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com’s or OTA policies.
• Refund Processing: Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Travel Insurance: Recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.
